To lose body fat it use to be that all you had to do was do some sit ups and crunches and you could watch the fat burn off. The reality of that is people were not losing inches, particularity around the stomach area. Cardio is the key to burning that body fat. If this is your first time exercising or the first time doing it in a while don’t just jump in and start advanced training. Doing so could discourage you to get to your goal or you could cause serious injury to your body. Start off at beginner level like low impact workout video, walking at a park, joining a local gym, etc. Just set a realistic goal and STICK TO IT! You will love your end results. :)
